What We Offer:
- Two Weekly Group Mindset Session: Monday nights 8:30–9:00 PM EST and Sunday afternoons 4:00-4:30pm EST starting November 17th!
- Expert Guidance: Direct coaching from Gene Zannetti, CEO of Wrestling Mindset, school psychologist and Masters in Sport and Clinical Psychology as well other Top Wrestling Mindset Coaches.
- Engaging Lessons: Interactive and age-appropriate mindset training tailored to young competitors.
- Practical Exercises: Activities designed to build confidence, mental toughness, and improve sports performance.
- Recorded Sessions: Each session is recorded and emailed to you, ensuring your young athlete can revisit and reinforce their learning.

- Monday Sessions are geared towards youth wrestlers 12 and under while Sunday sessions are geared towards more experienced wrestlers, although both are accessible to all.
