• Two Weekly Group Mindset Session: Monday nights 8:30–9:00 PM EST and Sunday afternoons 4:00-4:30pm EST.
  
• Expert Guidance: Direct coaching from our top Wrestling Mindset coaches. 
• Engaging Lessons: Interactive and age-appropriate mindset training tailored to young competitors.
• Practical Exercises: Activities designed to build confidence, mental toughness, and improve sports performance.
• Recorded Sessions: Each session is recorded and emailed to you, ensuring your young athlete can revisit and reinforce their learning.
